Question, how do I stop the downloading of my company directory? I do not need (and for safety purposes, do not want to see) everyone name and email address from a drop down menu, and none of that info belongs on my laptop anyway… I notice other email clients have a setting to not download such information (or it suppress it in the background. Native outlook is one example.)
Do you mean the Address book with contacts within your company? If you are using Exchange account, the in Menu > Tools > Accounts > Your account > Services, you can disable the service “Offline address book”.
