How can I place new accounts into Local Folders so that incoming mail from all accounts comes into a single Inbox, and can be stored together?
With IMAP and Exchange accounts, the messages are stored on the server, not in eM Client. eM Client will display a cached set of folders from each server, but they can’t be combined into one.
However, you can use the Favorites All Inboxes folder, which will show the messages from every account Inbox in one place.
If you are using POP3, you can specify during the account setup that they should use Local Folders, rather than each account having its own set. Unfortunately it can’t be changed after the account is setup.
