Public key not verified?

I recently started getting this message when I open the eM Client program.

Public key XXXXXX for email address XXXXX was uploaded to eM Keybook but has not been verified yet. Should eM Client keep monitoring for incoming verification emails?

I’m guessing this is telling me my email address has not been verified. How do I verify it? I’ve been using the program for a while now, but this just started happening.

All that i can suggest is to read the eM Client online documentation below about keybook

If that doesn’t help you, then suggest if you have a current active paid Pro, Personal or Business version go to the VIP Support page and login and lodge a support request.

" Using eM Keybook"

Thanks for your reply. I did search for this message in the forums and didn’t get back anything that matched. I’m not really sure how I even got a public key in the keybook. I must have clicked on something?? Thank you for the help.

I have gotten this message in my eM Client as well. I went to the settings and the section where my keypairs are stored states that the keypair in question is verified in eM Keybook. Maybe this is an intermittent error because of a bug in the eM Client program?

A public key is usually generated automatically when you send an encrypted email for the first time.
