I originally raised a topic saying that task sync was broken (but it worked on Thunderbird).
Then I recalled that I had experienced this issue once before. When you hit a limit on EMClient (maybe ~250 tasks), it just stops syncing. I spent hours testing this and a notification in EMClient that the limit had been reached would have been great.
I’m sure this information is in the logs, but a user message would be appreciated (and reduce your support requests
)

Are you finding this task limit with Local Tasks or Server account tasks ?
If this is with Server account tasks, what mail server are you within ?
Also what version of eM Client are you using ?
Server account tasks, syncing with Smarter Mail. The other clients that I use handle the number of tasks without failing, so it’s always hard to diagnose the issue in EM.
I’m running 10.4.4209

I would then suggest to lodge a support ticket via the VIP Support page if you have a current paid Pro, Personal or Business version who can then troubleshoot that for you and link this thread.
If you have run out of your support time, you can extend that for another 12 months via the following page,
Thanks, but my support just expired. If I delete some tasks from the server, it all syncs fine. It’s more of an enhancement that I think you should add to the software
