because I appreciate the work of the EM Client team very much, I have purchased a new ProLicense with Lifetime under a new email address, although I already had an older one for 70.- €. Now I see that it licenses version 10. That would mean that I would need a new license for a future version 11 of EMClient?

I have already purchased a Pro License with Lifetime under a new email address.
As you have already purchased eM Client Pro eg: with Lifetime Upgrades, you’ll get all future versions and updates of eM Client which means V10,11,12 etc. You should receive a new license via your new email address you registered.
To enter your new license on the same computer, go to “Menu / Help / License” and click deactivate. Then enter your new license and click activate.
