Program requiring activation key everytime it is started

In the last ten days, em client is requiring me to reenter the activation key every time I open the program. I am using version 6.0.23181.0. It is running on only one computer, which uses Windows 8.1. Advice, please?

Hello David, sorry to see this, are you using any security software on your computer that may have disabled the application ability to connect to the licensing server? Can you please check if you’re able to access http://licensing.emclient.com/service.asmx in your browser?

Please send me your licensing details your Update URL and HWGUID, you can display the latter by navigating to Help > About and using Ctrl+U to display Update URL and Ctrl+H to display HWGUID. Copy both and submit it with your license information to my work mail [email protected] with a reference link to this forum topic for more information about this issue.
