Please send me your licensing details your Update URL and HWGUID, you can display the latter by navigating to Help > About and using Ctrl+U to display Update URL and Ctrl+H to display HWGUID. Copy both and submit it with your license information to my work mail firstname.lastname@example.org with a reference link to this forum topic for more information about this issue.
