Hi, I have problems with the update to version 7.2.40748 and later, the update is successful but the hotmail and gmail accounts appear with blocked with error. Try to delete the accounts and recreate them and everything remains the same, the configuration of the accounts was done automatically. I am using Windows 10 Home 20H2 v19042.572. try adding eM Client to exceptions in any security apps or those that can block connection (antivirus, firewall, VPN, …) and disable any mail shields.
Restart your device and see if that helps.
