Problems with Rules after Update to 10.4

How I shotdown your bug report?
Folders in rules were broken. → rare case, already fixed
Marking Junk and Deleted as read (in settings) doesn’t work. → tested, no repro, asked you for more info

I can see no other bug report from you.

Yes and exactly that setting works for me well. What email account do you have? Can tou record a video?

The one this is affecting mostly is an IMAP email hosted on a cPanel server.

I don’t see how the server makes any difference, actual rules marking emails as read, work, so why don’t these settings?

Just because it works for you, does not mean it will work for everyone :man_facepalming:

I uninstalled emclient and installed it again. Those options (pictured above) still don’t work.

Can you try it on different server than cPanel? We’ve tried it on several accounts and for all of them it works. Of course the different server can make a difference. This is why we cannot offer support to all users for free, because it would be completely ovewhelming and also this is the reason why all issues can never be discovered in internal testing phase as the matrix of different services and different configurations of the server and the client is very large.
