I purchased the “fix” for the hotmail/live/msn email issues, per the eM Client website announcement and my live email is now working correctly, as is ONE of my msn addresses. The other still continues with the red triangle. I verified the settings match the msn account that IS working, and also that it matches the online instructions. The msn account in question DOES work on our phones, my ipad, and webmail. I have also revoked permission and reset it in that regard.

Ensure AirSync is enabled (under Accounts)

Also, try clicking the Refresh button and see if it will send any mail stuck in the Outbox.
If it does you can use it as a workaround…and ignore the red triangle for now.

And I have refreshed multiple times.
Other than removing the problem account and setting it up again, I’m out of ideas on this one. Perhaps Gary etc could advise you further.
Also, as you may know, if you’re Pro License is within 1 year of purchase you can use the EMC tech support service, or extend it if required…
