Problems with Google Calendar

Hi,
eM has been working fine with my Google Calendar until about a week ago. I have started receiving some strange connection type of error messages, but my calendar seemed to be receiving meeting requests. Yesterday and today, I have tried to schedule meetings and the people I have invited to the meetings have not received their notifications, and when I check my Google Calendar, the meetings that I scheduled do not appear (they do appear in eM)

I checked my login/password info in eM and it appears to be correct…

How do I fix this?

Hi, can you make a screenshot of the error you’re receiving?
Also what version of eM client are you currently using?

Thank you,
Paul.

Hi Paul,

The meeting requests that I was having trouble with eventually went out, but they went all at once, about 2 days after I sent them…

I just got the error message again… .here is what it says:

http://www,google.com/calendar/feeds/… error occured
[CAlDAV / CardDAV] Subfolder synchronization for folder “http://www.google.com/calendar/feeds/…” failed with the following error: Method PROPFIND is not defined in RFC 2068 and is not supported by the Servlet API"

Hi, this seems like there was a compatibility issue with the CalDAV server that was actually caused by the server, but let me know if it happens again.

Glad it works at the moment.

Thank you,
Paul.

Thanks Paul,

I’m not sure that I understand what that means, but it happens every day at least once. It has already happened this morning when I logged on.

Hi again,
can you please go to Tools > Settings > Advanced, and turn on CalDAV / CardDAV logging for the problematic account, save the settings, restart the application and when the error occurs again go back to the advanced settings window and click on “send logs”, please add my email address as a copy to that email ([email protected]) and add a reference link to this forum topic.

Thank you,
Paul.
