Problems With Contacts

As a new user, I find it impossible to get support.  Like many others, I have problems with Contacts, and suspect that there is program issue within EM Client.  Two things happen with Contacts, and both seem to happen when you log out and then log back in - maybe the next day.  I imported Vcard info into a folder in Contacts - spent hours massaging those contacts.  That folder the next day has disappeared along with many of my contacts.  Also like others any Distribution list is emptied out of names and email addresses.  It seems like EM 7 is not mature and shouldn’t have been released.  Esp since I can not get support, why should I upgrade to the pro version?  Perhaps I’ll just abandon EM Client for now and check back in a few months to see if improvements have been made.  In the meantime a search for a replacement for Outlook 2007 has to continue.
