Problem with the free license - on only one device

Problem with the free license - I have to re-enter it several time a week. The problem occurs despite having the program installed on only one device

can you tell me which version of eM CLient you’re currently running (Help > About)?
Also, I can’t find you by name or email in our license database, can you message me your email address under which you registered to [email protected]?
