Problem with Task-s

Hello,

I’m in the process of implementing the “tasks” option at my company. Is it possible to add and assign tasks within a single configured web domain and have it automatically synchronize?

For example, I have the email address [email protected]. I create a task for someone with the address [email protected]. They receive an email notification about the task. If they change its status, for example, from 0% to 50%, I receive an email notification that a “counterproposal” has been received (what does that mean for me?). It’s terribly confusing, and if it weren’t for the fact that these are tests and I’m using two accounts, I would never have guessed that a “counterproposal” meant a change in task progress.

Only when a task changes to “done” do I receive a message that the task is ready. When synchronizing, I still don’t see the “progress” in the Tasks tab.

I set the tasks as simple as possible, without dates. Just the name, the person involved, and the content.

In the tasks tab, I have them all listed as “Local Folder.” Could that be the problem?

The main question is: are these tasks designed exclusively for single-person tasks (locally), or does there need to be some function on the server responsible for running these tasks?
