Hello, with eM Client 7 on my Windows 10 Computer i have the problem that a PopUp of a Reminder starts but i can’t close this or can set to remind my later. The PopUp is always on the screen.
What can i do?
The option to snooze or dismiss is a bit hidden, but it is there

Thank’ Jay, but this don’t work! I can click all the Buttons and the symbols from you but the PopUp don’t close, only when i close eM Client the PopUp close too.
Do you get any error messages in eM Client? If so, can you post here a screenshot please?
No, no error message.
Thank’s i have deinstalled eMClient, now i use EssentialPIM, it’s not so faulty.
