I use emclient to send emails through a program that attaches more than one file to the email and sends it. However, with version 10.1.4588, all attachments have the content of the last attached file.
In version 10.0.3530 the problem does not occur. I would like to know if I can downgrade or if you can solve the problem, please?
If I select 3 files, right click, send to, mail recipient and send the files, the problem also happens. So the problem is definitely with eMClient.
I can confirm the error,
examble with three PDF files:
Original file size Sent file size
Name1.pdf 4.1 MB → Name1.pdf 4.1 MB
Name2.pdf 4.8 MB → Name 2.pdf 8.9 MB
Name3.pdf 0.8 MB → Name 3.pdf 9.7 MB
All files can be opened and viewed, the content is the same (like Name1.pdf), but it seems as if the other content “partially shines through”.
Very strange!
For me the error only occurs when using (with right-click) “Send to email recipient”; Everything is fine with “Drag-and-Drop” in the email.
It happens to me too.
I don’t know how it works, but does anyone from emclient check the forum posts to fix errors?

I would suggest if you have a current paid active eM Client version to send that via a support ticket on the following page to be investigated. Also let them know “what other program you send that through” and if you are using Windows or Mac and your OS version.
Or Alternatively if you don’t have a current paid eM Client version, suggest to wait for the next version via the release history page and see if that fixes it.
I have 3 licenses purchased, but I no longer have support. I will wait a few more days to see if they resolve the bug.
Please install this version:
For Mac: https://www.emclient.com/dist/v10.1.4828_Mac/setup.pkg
For PC: https://www.emclient.com/dist/v10.1.4828/setup.msi
i have same problem, emclient 10.1.4588
@Gary should Windows users update yet to the 10.1.4828 in that link ? Or will this version be automatically pushed soon, as I see only the Mac version is available via the release history page.
Ps I personally haven’t been able to replicate this issue with the Windows version and don’t know if it’s only a Mac problem.
Version v10.1.4828 fixed the error for me (Windows 10).
Thanks
Yes, if users have this attachment issue, they can update using the link above until that version or newer is made available in the Release History.
Fixed the error for me (windows 11)
