hello 

my problem with mail is that I can not send mail because the mail does not respond, check the same and is properly configured, so I sent the following.

Hi Miguel,
Looks like the database file is also opened by another program…do you happen to have 2 copies of eM Client running?
Does it help if you reboot your computer?

Hi, yes it seems like your database might be used by another instance, by any chance are you using your database with one computer only?
Also what version of eM client are you using?
