problem with instant delivery of emails

When I send a test email to myself from eM Client, I cannot see it in my inbox (in eM Client) until I restart eM Client. Need a way to solve this!

Hello Dmitry, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About? What mail service are you using with eM Client? Are you seeing any errors when you try to synchronise your items with the server? Are you using any security software on your computer, that may have disabled the application’s ability to connect to the server?

Thank you for your resposne. I have already switched to Mozilla Thunderbird, which does not seem to have any issues so far. Will contact you if I encounter any major issues with TB and decide to try switching back. Have a nice day.
