Problem with database

eM Client reports that the database is corrupted and therefore won’t boot. I have asked eM Client for help but that is not possible because I have a Free license.

I reinstalled eM Client and in this folder C:\Users****\AppData\Roaming\eM Client replaced the file mail_data.dat with the file mail_data.dat from the old corrupted folder.
eM Client then wanted to start up again but showed the new emails without content (just the header).
My conclusion from this is that the mail_data.dat file is not corrupted. My question is how can I get the data visible again.

I also replaced all other files:
conversations.dat
folders.dat
indexed_attachment_fti.dat
indexed_attachment_index.dat
mail_fti.dat
mail_index.dat
but then eM Client gives an error and does not start. It seems that eM Client crashes on mail_fti.dat.

Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

You can’t just replace individual files. That will break the database.

Delete your current database and then restore your most recent eM Client backup.

Unfortunately I didn’t make a backup. I’m looking for another solution.
