problem with creating new email

when i try to create new message email appear this page

Hi,
please can you check if you have read/write permissions to the folder in which you store your database? You database location can be found in Tools > Settings > General > Storage.

when i press at settings appear the same message so that i can not check any setting

Ok, try going to C:/Ucers/ your user name / AppData / Roaming / eM Client as this is usually the default location of the database. Check the permissions on this folder (uncheck read only if the option is there).
Restart eM Client and see if the error persists.
