Problem with account exchange

My company is thinking to purchase a pro version of emClient 7.0.27943.
Before this we are testing the free version of emClient.
We have configured the account profile (Exchange Web Services) as request from Wizard.
The account is recognized by emClient but it’s impossible to open Inbox folder that is always empty and it’s impossible to send emails too.
After activating all type of logs we have foundt this message:

_15:18:46.174|00A|             _15:18:46.174|00A|               When making a request as an account that does not have a mailbox, you must specify the mailbox primary SMTP address for any distinguished folder Ids.

Did any of you ever come across this mistake ?
Some suggests to resolve this problem ?

This error seems to relate to your server settings. Try to run this connectivity test https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ to check your server settings or just the problematic account settings.
