Problem when receive a mail

I’ve just installed eM client and imported my mail settings from Thunderbird. At the first IMAP connection with my mail server eM download my mail (with 1 problem). Now when I receive a mail a pop-up in the tray bar advise me but no mail are listed inside the  received window of eM.

Well, I’ve solved my problem, there was a rule that incoditionallly deleted my incoming mail.
