I have a problem everytime I open an email I get this beside their name contains ().
My other colleagues who is using the same em client with an updated version did not receive this when I send them an email and I’m the only one who got this and my em client is also updated. your help would be highly appreciated.
Hello Robert, please check your Contacts folder and make sure the corrupt part of the contacts name is not included in the contacts details. It seems like this is setup as the Contacts name in your contacts.
If not, please make a screenshot of the contact’s details and please specify what version of eM Client you’re currently using on your computer, you can check the exact release number in Help > About.
Also what mail service are you using with eM Client?
