I’m having trouble sending out a mass e-mail. I’ve done everything that I’ve seen posted as to how to send one, but when I get ready to send it, I get a message that tells me the email addresses are not formatted correctly. What am I missing?
The mass mail feature is pretty unforgiving; if there is one email address that is not in the correct format, then it will not work.
You want to go through the contacts and make sure that all email addresses are correct.
