Problem receiving email from centrum.cz (IMAP)

I’m using emClient to get emails from my centrum.cz IMAP account. When a new message comes the Inbox folder gets bold font, but no message is visible in the folder. I have to restart the emClient to fully deliver the email. I don’t have the same problem using another accounts (both POP3 and IMAP). I’m wondering about purchasing the Pro version, but this is a serious limitation for me. Is it a known bug?

Dobry den,
predpokladam, ze nemusime komunikovat anglicky.
Centrum.cz by mal fungovat, kazdopadne sa na ich strane vyskytovali stale nejake chyby, ktore sme vsak stale poobchadzali. Momentalne v novej verzii (3.5, na ktoru Vam odporucame updatnut) to vsak informuje o novych spravach, ale s nie uplne malym spozdenim.
