Problem downloading Pop3 emails. I can send but not receive Pop3 emails. I also have an Imap gmail account that works fine. Just updated to version 6.0.22344.0
Error messages from log: 
1:40:41 PM   MailExceptions.OperationException: Can’t retrieve POP3 message due to the following reason: 
1:40:41 PM     “-ERR unable to open that message”
1:40:41 PM    at MailClient.Pop3.Pop3ReceiveCommand.Execute(WorkerStatus status)
1:40:41 PM    at MailClient.Commands.Command.Process(WorkerStatus status)

I am afraid to delete account and reinstall because I might loose some important emails. HELP

Hello Bry, are your messages available on the server when you login using your webmail?

I’m afraid this is a server issue most likely as the message may be corrupt and can’t be downloaded or is not in a readable format? Can you view any of your messages in eM Client or did the application not synchronise your items after your account setup?

What mail account are you using with the POP3 protocol, is that a large mail service vendor or an account hosted on a private domain?
