I was at checkout to buy the personal client with one-time payment and lifetime upgrades, and thought I’d see what the price would be if I changed the quantity to 2. Clicking the up/down arrows in the quantity field does nothing, but I can type a number in there and the prices change. With the way it’s laid out I don’t really understand what’s happening though. From the prices it sort of looks like the number of licences is not changing but the number of ‘lifetime upgrades’ is.
Can I buy multiple licences at once here, or is this behaviour happening because it’s not intended to be able to change the quantity?

Ha! I went ahead - the invoice shows ‘eM Client Personal’ x1 and ‘Lifetime Upgrades’ x2.
So far as I can tell from the email with the license info I have a license key for ‘Personal with lifetime upgrades’, but no way of using the second lifetime upgrade. I suppose I’ll contact support for this, unless anyone chimes in here with some other knowledge.

When you get there, login with your email address you registered with at the top left and lodge a support request to check your purchase that way.
