Problem after upgrade license

I bought a license for 8 employees for version 8. After updating the license to version 9, the eM Client asks employees for reactivation every day. Also in the line number of devices shows 1, as if the license for 1 device. How to fix?

Did you maybe upgrade only 1 seat of the 8 seat license?
