[email protected]/Trash/ConversationHistory/ failed due to the following error: Cannot move distinguished folder. Tried using backup to resolve but now help.
The most obvious solution, if the upgrade is causing a problem, is to downgrade back the the previous version.
To do that, uninstall eM Client making sure NOT to delete the database when prompted.
You can then download and install the previous version of eM Client from the Release History.
Thanks, that did resolve the current issue. What is going on with the new release?
I sent a message to eM Client this morning after so many issues with the new release. So far it is still on the web site for download, so I don’t know if they are looking into it yet.
