Press the ‘Send and Receive’ button in the toolbar.

Hello,

It is exactly like Mike Adams wrote, you can push “Send and Receive”, you can push “F5” shortcut or you can setup auto synchronization by Tools - Settings - General - General - Synchronization and “Synchronize items every … minutes”.
