PRO support - what do I get?

I can’t find any description of what I get for my $49.95 anywhere. Telephone support? Chat? Email?

Hello Neil, with upgrading to the PRO license you get access to VIP support ticket system available at http://support.emclient.com/ , which guarantees responses within 24 hours during business days and also the option for remote connection in case of serious applications issues with one someone of our PRO technical support team.

Phone line support is unfortunately not provided with us as most of the serious application issues are not completely possible to resolve on spot we’re more reliable in resolving the problems using our internal application tools and remote desktop connection.
