I have 2 pro lifetime licences. One PC that had one licence on it has died, therefore I cannot access it to deactivate the licence. Therefore I cannot install on new pc. Would appreciate some help. Many thanks

I am not absolutely certain, however, s your PC has given up it will have been deactivated automatically, you will find out next time you try to activate an installation.

Thanks for the reply. Still can’t use the licence on new pc and emclient support has been less than helpful. I’ll try them again in a day or so.

Yes, sometimes they do appear slow to reply, however, usually only
at weekends and holidays.
If you have user name and passord you can use License Manager
