I purchased a license for eMClient -------
and cannot find anywhere if a user needs to end up paying an annual fee for Pro support ?
I can’t even see to be able to figure out how to get ahold of anyone other than this forum ------and I am not sure that on the forum it is the actual company folks – or only users such as myself ??
I need to find out – if a licensed user needs to pay additional fees annually/or ?? at some point in time to get Pro support -
Also I want to find out if a user has 1 paid license – do they have to purchase a 2nd license to use the software on a 2nd computer – or is there the ability to legitimately use the license on more than 1 computer?

You normally get 12 months VIP support included when you purchase the Pro or Personal version, and after that you can also extend that for another year if you choose via going to the following page
If you have a current active paid Pro or Personal version suggest you can go to the VIP support page and login and lodge a support ticket to find out all your license information and info on user support logins with a paid Pro version.

Depends on the license you purchased
If you have a current Pro (Non Personal version) single license and you want to install eM Client on another computer, you can buy additional device licences for other computers or you can buy a new Personal license which now includes 3 devices either as a subscription or one time payment with or without lifetime upgrades.
If you have a Pro business license then you may have eg: already purchased additional seats when you purchased your license. So depends on your license. Suggest you lodge a support ticket to check your license and what’s included.
You can also go to “Menu / Help / License” if you have already purchased a multi license login. Eg: mine says Pro 3 device license.
