Pro License no longer recognized

I bought a Pro license last month (July 2017). Not that I would really need one (I do not use more than 2 email accounts in eM), but I simply liked the product. Earlier today, eM (7.1.30794.0) said “no license, please activate”. When I pasted my Pro activation key it said “license not valid”, and I had to re-activate my previous free license (which is working). And where, please, do I find that highly praised “paid support”?

In my experience, they are very quick to respond.
