I purchased the pro version of your program, unfortunately I would say, because it is everything but user friendly. It is like a war bunker, even the log in present absurd problems, support is not exactly at hand, even now that I am writing to you I ignore how I managed to reach this point because, may be because , at a certain moment , I started to click everything everywhere and here I am. But my main purpose is to find a place you consider appropriate where I could enter my license and activate it. Consider that the license is in my possession since 22/12/2022 purchaset jointly with ! year extra Vip support. Best regards

You should have received an email from us with the activation key and instructions on its use. If it is not in your Inbox, please look in Junk/spam.
If you still don’t find it, here are the instructions again:
- Run eM Client on your computer. If you haven’t installed it yet, download it here: https://www.emclient.com/
- In the Windows version, click “Menu” in the upper left corner of the main window and select “Help”. In the Mac version, click “Help” in the Menu bar.
- Select “License”, the license dialog window will appear.
- If you already have another license activated (e.g. Free license), deactivate it by pressing “Deactivate”.
- Click the “Activate” button.
- Copy the activation key and paste it into the appropriate field and click “OK”.
- Your new license is now activated!
If you don’t have the license key, you can have it resent to you from the Lost Activation Key page.
For Pro License users, support is available through the Helpdesk, or once you have activated the license, you can access it through Menu > Help.
