On my eM-Client Pro 9.2.2093, there are 24 eMail accounts set up. When I open the editor to write a new mail, I can only pick from 23 addresses as the originating account. So I was wondering, why I can’t use the 24th account on my pro emclient. It turned out that a) eM Client seems to have a problem with .one domains and b) my .one Mail account can’t be set as the standard account.
I think this is an issue that needs to be addressed as it prevents me from using my .one domain address with eM client.
Sounds like “Airsync” might be possibly missing off the account that is not available when you compose email.
Go to “Menu / Accounts” (Pc), or “eM Client / Accounts” (Mac). Then click on the accounts / General tab and Scroll down to Services and see if AirSync is enabled.
If it’s not, check that box and save accounts. Then close and reopen eM Client & that should fix it.
Thx, AirSync isn’t active/in use on any account set up in eM-Client and I couldn’t find any setting to activate it. But your reply made have yet another look at the way the account was set up: With an automatic installation. So I removed the account and manually added it with IMAP & SMTP settings, et voilà, everything works fine now. Thx!
