Priority Support Expires

I just saw that my priority support page has expired and I have to pay € 9,95 á year
But I have bought my lifetime License with priority support included with e-mail adres: gvanosch12@gmail.com
Can you please reınstate my priority support account

Unfortunately a lifetime upgrade license doesn’t mean lifetime VIP Support.

Your license comes with an initial 1 year of VIP Support included, but you will need to purchase additional support after that if you need it.
