printing wrong font size

When I print an email, the printed font size is much larger than the font of the actual email

Hi Dan, just a thought … under the file tab, click page setup and make sure scale is set at 100.

there is no page setup under the file tab

Is your File tab located in the toolbar along the top of your screen? When you click the File tab what options do you have? Are you printing to a local printer (software loaded on your PC) or a remote printer (accessed via network)?

yes. New, Open, Save, Import, Export, Print, Print Preview, Backup, Restore, Work Offline, Exit. Local Printer

Click on the Print Preview tab and see if you can access the Page Setup tab from there…
