Hello everyone,
I recently switched from Postbox to emClient and I’m really happy with it.
However, I’m trying to print an email for the first time, and the result is disastrous! An email with five lines of text is printed on five pages, the subject line appears as a column of two to three characters (so it’s already printed over the length of an entire page!), and the same goes for the recipient’s name, the date, etc. The body of the email is also printed in a huge font and only covers 20% of the page width.
The printer driver works with all other applications; the problem only occurs in emClient.
Does anyone have any suggestions or have you encountered this problem before?
Thanks in advance for your ideas, I’m completely stuck
Claude

What OS do you have? Do you have macOS 26.2? There is a known issue with printing there we are trying to workaround.
Yes, I have macOS 26.2.
FYI, if I print from Mail or Outlook, it works.
Yes, it also work with any other version of eM Client and macOS 26.1 and older. We are investigating the issue, it seems there is some breaking change from Apple’s side we would need to workaround it. The fact, that it works elsewhere does not mean it is not a bug of Apple. We just use different code paths for printing, that should work as well.
I understand, thank you for the information, Michal.
I’m glad the problem will soon be resolved
I have the same problem in our office!! I hope they fix it soon!!!
You guys are amazing, the workaround works!
Thanks a lot for your quick reaction.

Yes, thank you. This has been bugging me for a week or so. I finally decided to come here and see if anybody else was having the problem – and I came away with a solution!
