I have two issues to resolve that might just be settings. I am using the free version of EM Client and when I wish to print an email i use CNTR P. I then get a print preview box and I can click print - AT LEAST I USED TO - now the preview screen is blank and I cannot print any emails without pasting them into WORD and printing from there. can anyone suggest a fix?
The second issue is opening attachments sent to me in emails. They will no longer open by double clicking the attachment. I get an error message and instead have to save the attachment to my desktop in order to open. This was working fine until a few days ago and I cannot understand why it has changed. please help. James.
Can you upgrade to the latest version available to download from the Release History, and see if there is any difference.
