I can’t find a way to reduce the size of the email printer font.
There’s no problem with any other apps.
Thanks for the advice.

Provided you are using “a recent version of eM Client”, (due to I think that was an issue with older versions reading the forum), normally when you are on the Print Preview page, where your printer is listed there should be a eg: Page Setup option to adjust printing fonts and fon’t sizes etc with your particular printer.
However if there is not an option in your printer / page setup on the print preview, then when you are back in the email body “before you go to print”, “right click in the email body”, and then click “Zoom Original” near the bottom to get the page back to default font size incase it’s zoomed.
Then print and see if the font size is ok when printed. If that then works, you can zoom the font up or down using that method before you go to print. Normally you shouldn’t have to do that.
Hi Cyberzork,
I am using version 10.0.3350, and there’s no update listed as available.
There’s no option on the Printer selection for font size and changing the Zoom to original or smaller doesn’t change the Printer font. Also, changing the system printer dialog doesn’t help.
Any other ideas will be appreciated.
Ok try then eg: changing to a different font “in the body of your email” and see if that makes any difference when printing.
The font in the email body doesn’t have an option to change to a different font or size.
Control (+) or Control (-) changes the size of the font on the screen but not in the printer output.
All other applications that print work just fine.
Nothing seems to affect the large font print in emClient emails.
Thanks.

To change the font in the email body, click "Menu / Settings (Preferences) / Mail / Read). Then change the read font under “Preferred Style” as in the below example V10 Mac screenshot.
The print preview window will then show the same size font and should print the same.
