I’m printing many emails as duplex prints and to do so I will have to use “Print using system dialog” from the print preview window. Is there a shortcut or any way to open the system dialog directly without seeing the print preview window first (would save a lot of clicks and TIME).

No normally with the Windows or Mac OS print function “the OS displays the print preview window first” unless there is an eg: OS Printer setting or Printer driver GUI Setup to adjust that in your specific printer setup.
