Most of my contacts have several e-mail addresses. e.g. Work, personal, gmail and often several obsolete addresses.
When creating an e-mail I start typing a name into the “To” box all of the contact’s addresses come up. I have to remember which one to use. If I delete the obsolete addresses from their contact details emClient still lists those addresses because it finds them from old e-mails, and often creates a new contact for each e-mail address that I delete from the contact.
REQUEST
Identify preferred e-mail address for each contact. When type a name into “To” box only that e-mail address is shown for the contact.
Nice to have
Flag e-mail addresses as obsolete in the contact record.
