problema posta nel cestino impossibile da eliminare e risulta da leggere, nella email originale non risulta più niente e i messaggi risultano cancellati

Sounds like a mail database problem. Suggest to manually run the repair on eM Client which should fix it…

(To repair the eM Client database manually for Windows)

Close eM Client first and then open a Windows Command Prompt. Not a Powershell, Then Paste and run the following command:

“C:\Program Files (x86)\eM Client\MailClient.exe” /dbrepair

(To repair the eM Client database manually for Mac)

Close eM Client first and then “open the Terminal app via either Launchpad or Utilities” on the Mac. Then Paste and run the following command.

/Applications/eM\ Client.app/Contents/MacOS/eM\ Client /dbrepair

If it’s still a problem and you have an IMAP, Exchange, Office 365 or iCloud account, then go online to your mailbox and see if there is anything in Trash. If there is, delete it online and then close and reopen eM Client which should then resolve it.

Ok if running the manual database repair still didn’t remove the mail from the eM Client trash folder and there is nothing showing in your mail account online in trash, then you can first try “repairing the trash folder in eM Client” or failing that you will need to “remove and readd your mail account”

So to repair your Trash folder in eM Client, “Right click on the trash folder” (under your account) and click “Properties at the bottom”. Then “click the Repair tab at the top”, and finally click Repair. Next close and reopen eM Client once it’s completed.

Now if repairing the trash makes no difference, then if you have an IMAP, Exchange, Office 365 or iCloud account, go to “Menu / Accounts” and remove and re-add your account “via the automatic account wizard” or manual setup depending on your providers mail setup requirements. Most mailbox setups can use the automatic account wizard.

Note: Before removing your account, backup first via “Menu / Backup” (Pc) or “File / Backup” (Mac) incase you need to restore for any reason . You can see when the backup is completed via clicking Show Operations in the drop-down on the right of Refresh top left.
