The feature will be available in eM Client 11 and is free to try in our current public BETA via right-click on any of the global folders > Included accounts.

I came here to suggest just this. I think it would be really handy to be able to “mute” one account from the All Inboxes. Could just be a question of ticking it as on, or off.
