I have downloaded and installed the client fine and started downloading all my hotmail messages. i got back from work and clicked send/ receive all to get any new messages, but it wont connect to pop3. i get the error message:

does anyone have a solution to this

please go to the Log tab on the Operations window and at the end, you will see a more detailed error message, why the retrieval failed. You may post it here for further analysis.

i got one before that saying:
