Pop3 error message

Just started to receive the following message, just occasionally.

[POP3] Message listing failed due to the following reason:
“-ERR Mailbox unavailable.”

I have checked the setting for the email provider and they appear correct and email appears to be arriving fine.

Thoughts please.

This is a server error. The server says that your mailbox is not available, so eM Client won’t be able to get your new messages at that time.

You will need to contact your email provider for assistance if it becomes a problem.

As a test, I have set up the same account on Thunderbird without any errors.

TB has set up automatically with the following pop3
Type: POP3

Port: 995

Encryption Type: TLS/SSL

What does TLS/SSL equate to in emClient as the options are
Use SSL/TLS if available
Force SSL/TLS
Use SSL/TLS on special port (legacy)

Now confused?

For port 995, the correct security policy is Use SSL/TLS on special port (legacy)

That is what I have had it set on
