POP3 error message - can't download emails

Just today when I open em Client I get this message and it doesn’t download any messages:

[POP3]Can’t retrieve POP3 message due to the following reason:
“-ERR no such message.”

Please help!

I have the same problem on pop3 error message , have tried changing password but nothing only error
