POP3 check mail interval?

I’ve just downloaded eM Client and am trying to set it up as I need it. I can’t find how to set how often it checks and downloads POP3 email.

It is auto-updating the POP3 email but I’d like to be able to check and configure the period between server checks and can’t see how to do it.

Menu > Tools > Settings

Under General - General, scroll down to Synchronization

You can select/deselect sync at startup, and also frequency in minutes.
