pop3 and smtp parameters lostwindow 8.1

Since a coupled months every time I’ll start emClient I needm to run diagnostic in my account to fix POP3 and SMTP.

Seem it doesn’t keep te parameters.

Anybody know what to do ?

Hi, I’m not completely sure what you’re referring to, are you suggesting that the application doesn’t keep the setup server settings after closing the accounts window? Are you able to make a screenshot of the issue you’re seeing?

What mail service are you using with eM Client? What version of eM client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact version number in Help > About?

Have you considered using an IMAP account rather than a POP account to keep your items synchronized with the server?
