pop 3 not popping

Using Surface tablet. eM client worked fine but on a warranty replacement it will not receive email through a pop3 server. I just get a trouble icon. I have reinstalled account 3 times. POP provider is Network Solutions.


can you send me POP3 log? Tools - Settings - Advanced, mark off POP3, restart client and try to synchronize. Then send them to galis@emclient.com together with this URL: https://discourse.emclient.com/emclient/to…
